The Ancestral Figurehead can be obtained by the following methods:
- To be earned through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks between March 18, 2020 and May 17, 2020.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops on September 20, 2020 by watching any Partnered Sea of Thieves Twitch Streamer for 30 minutes.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops on December 18th, 2021 by watching OwletTV between 20:00 GMT and 20:30 GMT on OwletTV's Twitch Channel for 15 minutes.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops between October 20 and October 23, 2023 by watching any participating Sea of Thieves Twitch Streamer for 4 hours.
