Caged Skeleton
Caged Skeleton is an NPC representative for the Reaper's Bones. They can be found at every Outpost in a cage hanging over the Reaper's Bones Emissary Tables where they will accept Broken Emissary Flags and Captain's Logbooks sold to them. For a long while, the skeleton could not speak and did not accept any treasure, however it has since learned to speak by copying others.
