The Celestial Steed Set is a of Ship Cosmetics and one Pet that was given out as a part of the Twitch Prime Pirate Pack. The Pirate Pack could be claimed by any Twitch Prime Subscriber between 25 November 2019 - 7 January 2020. The Ship Set is loosely based on the Purple of the Twitch logo and interface.
The Celestial Steed Sails in particular were later re-released on Season Eight Community Day as a part of Twitch Drops.
