The Enchanted Merfruit is an enchanted, food type of resource in Sea of Thieves. It can be consumed to suppress the aid of friendly Merfolk for a short time. It is stored in Unlike its uncooked Merfruit counterpart, the Enchanted Merfruit does not restore health.
Where to find
- Cooking a Merfruit to perfection (20 seconds)
- Chance to find in barrels found in the world.
- Chance to find beached on the shorelines of islands.
- Chance to find in random Storage Crates.
Uses
- Consuming an Enchanted Merfruit will suppress friendly Merfolk for two minutes (120 seconds).
- If burnt, it will become a Merfruit and can restore 4 health when consumed.
Storage
Due to its unique properties, the Enchanted Merfruit is counted separate from other food items. If burnt, it will be counted as a regular food item.
- The player's inventory can hold up to 3 Enchanted Merfruit.
- A Barrel can carry up to ??? Enchanted Merfruit.
- A Rowboat chest can carry up to ??? Enchanted Merfruit.
- A Storage Crate can carry up to ???? Enchanted Merfruit.
In-game description
"A gift to the Ancients from the Merfolk. Eating an enchanted Merfruit will make Merfolk disappear for a time."
