Humerus is the Emissary Representative for the Reaper's Bones in the Reaper's Lair.
As the company's Emissary Representative, Humerus's first dialogue option provides a shortcut to the Reaper's Bones Emissary Ledger menu.
Dialogue
I am Humerus.
Are you? Is what you do here funny?
No. That is my name. Not my disposition. I am no comedian.
I am the Emissary of the Reaper's Bones. That's a deadly serious position.
We are dedicated to bringing a new vision to the Sea of Thieves.
We will not rest until the Pirate Lord flounders in a sea of despair.
When that happens, then - and only then - will I be happy.-

Who are all these other Skeletons?
There are many who grace the Reapers with their presence. More all the time.
I presume you mean the tavern keeper, the two-headed Chronicler and their ilk.
The Bonesmith is a maestro when it comes to making bones do incredible things.
One of those incredible things is the Chronicler - two heads, all mouth. Hammer and Anvil.
