A Map Table is a useful tool that displays most islands and regions found within the Sea of Thieves. It allows players to track their own ship's path and position on the sea, locate allies, identify potential threats or targets, and certain valuable treasures. A functional Map Table can found on all player ships, on Sea Forts, and at the Merchant Alliance station on Port Merrick.

The map is sectioned into a 26-square grid classified in alphanumeric coordinates, albeit navigation is not limited to this area.
