The Omen Capstan can be obtained by the following methods:
- To be earned through Twitch Drops by watching a total of 30 minutes of the specially selected streamers between 10am BST on April 26, 2020 and 10am BST on April 27, 2020.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops on December 18, 2021 by watching GayMerGirlSammie between 04:30 GMT and 05:00 GMT on GayMerGirlSammie's Twitch Channel for 15 minutes.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops between March 16 and March 18, 2023 by watching any Sea of Thieves Twitch Streamer for 3 hour.
