The Phantom Jailor is a boss Phantom encountered at Sea Forts during Chapter Two of the Forts of the Forgotten Adventure. Phantom Jailors share the unique Spanish-styled armor and dress of other Sea Fort Phantoms, but always appear as a bald man with a moustache. A single Phantom Jailor will be present at each fort upon arrival for the duration of the Forts of the Forgotten Adventure. The Phantom Jailor awards a Prison Cell Key upon defeat that unlocks the prison cell containing residents of Golden Sands Outpost on the bottom level of the fort.
