- To complete The Shroudbreaker (Quest) during the Tall Tales retold event held June 4th 2020 - June 10th, 2020.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops on November 30th, 2020 by watching any Partnered Sea of Thieves Twitch Streamer for 20 minutes.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops between August 5th and August 8th, 2022 by watching any Partnered Sea of Thieves Twitch Streamer for 1 hour.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops between June 28 and July 1, 2023 by watching a participating Taiwan Tournament Sea of Thieves Twitch Streamer for 5 hours.
Trivia
- The inventory thumbnail shows the jacket with a white bandage rather than its red colouring when worn by players.
