Sovereign Margot is a representative for the Sovereigns on Port Merrick.
Before she was a Sovereign, Margot used to be pirate. She dislikes life as a Sovereign and longs to be a pirate once again, but tries not to show it.

Who are the Sovereigns?
We're a new autonomous collective, here to assist Captains and their crews with their ongoing duties. I'm afraid you're not quite there yet, matey - I mean, valued customer.
Once you become a Captain, you and your crew can come to us and we'll deliver your treasure to each individual Trading Company for you. Oh, and it's free - can't believe I almost forgot that detail.
You can find a Sovereign on every Outpost. We're just standing here, waiting as you traipes up the pier - laughing with your friends about your last escapade. I mean, who would want that?-

Do you work with the Reaper's Bones?
Those double-crossing, bloodthirsty... my apologies, we do not associate with the Reaper's Bones.
Due to the aggression they have shown to my organisation, Sovereign protocol dictates that we do not sail near The Reaper's Hideout as a matter of safety.
Want to sell loot to them? You and any of your crew will need to do it in person. But take this as someone who has first hand experience, stay well away. Trust me.-

It's all part of the magnificent service we provide to Captained vessels. Free of charge, of course.
So, Captains can bring us animal flesh or sea creatures and we'll pass it on to the Hunter's Call. And don't forget monstrous meat!
I remember hunting a Meg for several... Apologies. I can become distracted! Those who have achieved Captaincy can bring it to us for gold.

Do you work with the Reaper's Bones?
To think I'd work with those no-good backstabbers agai... terribly sorry, no we don't work with the Reaper's Bones.
Rules from on high forbid us from entering the waters around The Reaper's Hideout - they say it's 'put the merchandise at risk'. Cowards.
I don't know why you would want to work with them but if you do, you'll have to ferry the loot there yourself. What I wouldn't love to give them a piece of my mind...-
