The description was misleading as it is currently impossible to obtain this curse, even by reaching Pirate Legend.

The descrption is the ingame descrption, which is to say that it's the descrption the item has when accessed through your equipment chest and not something created by the wiki editors. SorrowSan (talk) 22:20, 16 December 2021 (UTC)

To obtain the Legendary Curse you must:

• Have reached Level 100 in Season 1.
  • Have Pirate Legend title
