Works in similar fashion to Template:Commendation but without a description (subject to change)

The main purpose to this is to allow links to point directly to the specific entry on any given page.

Example

Using the Template

Using the following example:

{{title|Hunter of the Dawn Caller}}

On Titles page, the above code will render as simple bolded text:

Hunter of the Dawn Caller

On all other pages, the above code will render as a plain link to be formatted as desired:

Hunter of the Dawn Caller
