A Underwear is a Cosmetic Clothing Item type in Sea of Thieves, which can be equipped through the Clothing Chest. Underwear is a purely cosmetic element of a Pirate and adds no in-game benefits. Underwear is always overridden by all Clothing items that cover the body.
