Cutlass Cay is a small island located within the region of The Ancient Isles at coordinate M-18.
The island is mostly composed of sand, with a few patches of grass, stone and a few trees. It is also surrounded by partially submerged boulders. The island looks like the blade of a sword from above, hence the name.
