The Mutinous Fist Sails can be obtained by the following methods:
- To play Sea of Thieves between 12am BST April 3 - 8am BST April 4, 2020.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops on June 13, 2020 by watching any Partnered Sea of Thieves Twitch Streamer for 30 minutes or until they complete a Daily Bounty.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops on December 17, 2022 by watching helloitspuff between 23:30 UTC and 00:30 UTC on helloitspuff's Twitch Channel for 15 minutes.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops between August 18 and August 21, 2023 by watching any participating Sea of Thieves Twitch streamer for 3 hours.
