The Eyes of the Ancients is a Quest Item containing the mid-section of a skull which belonged to The Great Warrior and can be collected from inside the sealed chamber of the turtle's hall within Shrine of Ancient Tears during chapter two of The Sirens' Prize Adventure.

The relic must be delivered to the Ancient Priest located atop the stairs within the central chamber of the Shrine of Ancient Tears.
