Those are fuses. You just put one end in something explosive, you set fire to the other end and put your finders in your ears. Try not to blow yourself up, fancy-pants.
Gunpowder Fuses is a Quest Item used during The Journey to Mêlée Island Tall Tale.
Usage
Gunpowder Fuses are, as the name implies, used to safely ignite explosives and are one of them items required to open the Mêlée Island Jail cell doors. After being set, you must hold up a lit lantern in order to ignite the fuses.
How am I supposed to use the Fuses?
Before you can make use of the fuses, the Locks in the Mêlée Island Jail must be stuffed with a Gunpowder Gummy. After doing so, you can attach the fuses to the stuffed locks.
Obtaining
Gunpowder Fuses can be purchased at the Mêlée Island General Store for 70 Pieces o' Eight.
