Obtaining

The Morningstar Hat can be obtained by the following methods:

• Obtained as a quest item during Chapter 2 of the  Revenge of the Morningstar Tall Tale. The item is only available for use while the Tale is active.

Trivia

• The inventory thumbnail shows the hat with white feathers on top but the feathers are in fact neon red while the hat is equipped.
