• Stitcher's Sorrow was first heard in the Forsaken Shores update trailer.
• It was composed by Robin Beanland, and its lyrics were written by John McMurtrie and sung by Francis Magee as Stitcher Jim.
• The shanty was heard again during the Forsaken Shores Content Update trailer at 2:33.
• It was added as a playable shanty in the Haunted Shores update.
• Before its release as a playable shanty, it was teased to be an important piece in a future Tall Tale. This turned out to be Heart of Fire, where the shanty can be actively heard in-game.
