The Ashen Roar is a weapon built-in the Burning Blade that shoots two fireballs from the ship's bow in a cannon-shot-like arc, causing severe fire at any ship they meet.

Mechanics

Before the Burning Blade has had a crew pledge allegiance to it, the Ashen Roar can exclusively be used by the skeleton crew. Afterwards, any Player Pirate can utilize the Ashen Roar, whether or not they've pledged allegiance to the Burning Blade.

The weapon is activated by interacting with the lever near the battleship's helm, after which, the twin fireballs will pass in between the bow's teeth-like design, their trajectory parallel to where the ship is facing. One could say that this ability almost ranges in devastation the larger the ship being targeted. This is due to the larger surface area on a Galleon compared to a sloop, meaning that while only a few buckets of water may be needed to douse the flames on a Sloop, a Galleon could take in excess of 15 buckets. It should be noted that the Ashen Roar should be used sparingly, as it has a cool-down. The general consensus is that it takes 2 minutes. The player can check on the cool-down's progress by looking at the handle used to activate it. The closer it is to creating a 90 degree angle with the floor, the closer the ability is to being ready for use once more.
