The Figurehead Fragment is a Quest Item used during A Dark Deception to create an Enchanted Compass for tracking down a "Stolen Treasure".
Obtaining
Players can obtain the Figurehead Fragment by prying one out an eye from the figurehead of the Burning Blade strapped onto a partially repaired shipwreck in Shipwreck Bay. When attempting to pry a fragment from the figurehead, a vision of Flameheart will appear.
