Jess Harnell, is an American voice actor and singer who has done voice work for Sea of Thieves: The Legend of Monkey Island series of Tall Tales.

Outside of Sea of Thieves, Harnell is known for voicing Wakko Warner in Animaniacs, Ironhide and Barricade in Transformers film series, Crash Bandicoot in the Crash Bandicoot franchise, and the Announcer for America's Funniest Home Videos. Additionally, he is the lead singer and musician of his rock band, Rock Sugar.
