Obtaining
The Rising Morningstar Dress can be obtained by the following methods:
- To complete Seabound Soul during the Tall Tales retold event held June 4th 2020 - June 10th, 2020.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops on October 30th, 2020 by watching any Partnered Sea of Thieves Twitch Streamer for 20 minutes.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops between November 23rd and November 25th, 2022 by watching any Sea of Thieves streamer with drops enabled for 2 hours.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops between July 7 and July 9, 2023 by watching a participating Taiwan Tournament Sea of Thieves Twitch Streamer for 3 hours.
