The Rising Morningstar Trousers can be obtained by the following methods:
- To complete The Shroudbreaker (Quest) during the Tall Tales retold event held June 4th 2020 - June 10th, 2020.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops on October 31st, 2020 by watching any Partnered Sea of Thieves Twitch Streamer for 20 minutes.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops between August 5th, 2022 and August 8, 2022 by watching any Partnered Sea of Thieves Twitch Streamer for 3 hours.
- To be earned through Twitch Drops between July 7 and July 9, 2023 by watching a participating Taiwan Tournament Sea of Thieves Twitch Streamer for 1 hour.
