• To be earned through Twitch Drops on December 1st, 2020 by watching any Partnered Sea of Thieves Twitch Streamer for 20 minutes.
• To be earned through Twitch Drops between June 28 and July 1, 2023 by watching a participating Taiwan Tournament Sea of Thieves Twitch Streamer for 3 hours.

Trivia

• The inventory thumbnail shows the boots with a white bandage rather than its actual red colouring when worn by players.
