Legends Week (2022)
Legends Week is a week-long event, in and out of the game, in celebration of 1,000,000 players reaching Pirate Legend status.
Celebrations include a Pirate Legend-exclusive Gold & Glory Weekend for treasure handed in to the Mysterious Stranger plus a one day Gold & Glory for all players, a free Silvered Legendary Eyepatch for all Pirate Legends who play the game during a specific period, free Athena's Fortune Firework Crates, and a Pirate Emporium sale.

Our Pirate Legends are the best of us: tough, tenacious players who’ve faced down everything the Sea of Thieves could throw at them to reach the upper echelons of the pirate world. We’re delighted to share today that we recently passed the figure of one million Pirate Legends across the Sea of Thieves! In recognition of this milestone moment, we’re throwing a week of celebratory shenanigans for both our current Pirate Legends and prospective ones.
Gold & Glory
Between Friday 8th April and Monday 11th April (10:00 UTC), a Gold & Glory Weekend will be active, only for Pirate Legends handing in treasure to the Mysterious Stranger.
Between Sunday 10 April and Monday April 11 (10:00 UTC), a one day Gold & Glory event will be active for all players delivering treasure to any company.

Loot of Legends
Between Friday 8th April and Monday 11th April (10:00 UTC), Pirate Legends will receive bonus Athena's Fortune reputation for delivering the following treasure items to the Gold Hoarders, Order of Souls or Merchant Alliance:

Between April 10 and April 11 (10:00 UTC), Pirate Legends who donate Stronghold Chests, Stronghold Skulls or Stronghold Gunpowder Barrels to another crew will receive Athena's Fortune reputation when the receiving crews hands in the gifted treasure items.
Free Fireworks
Between April 10 and April 11 (10:00 UTC), all players will be able to claim a free Athena's Fortune Firework Crate from the Merchant Alliance.
Rewards
The Silvered Legendary Eyepatch will be gifted to all Pirate Legends who join a game session between April 8 and April 11 (10:00 UTC).
