Season 13 Community Weekend
The Season 13 Community Weekend is a 48-hour special event to celebrate the Sea of Thieves community and Season 13. It is scheduled to run from September 21, 2024 (11:00 UTC) to September 23, 2024 (11:00 UTC).
The event offers Community Emissary Grade reward boosts based watch time of the Sea of Thieves category on Twitch, Pop-Up Plunder, log-in bonuses, picture walls at every Outpost, as well as #BeMorePirate social media campaigns.
Official summary
Work together to earn rewards for all! Watch the Sea of Thieves Category on Twitch during Community Weekend to raise the shared Emissary Grade and unlock bonus gold, reputation, renown, Allegiance and Guild Reputation.
Community Emissary Grade
A Community Emissary Grade will be raised by total viewing time accumulated in the Sea of Thieves category on Twitch during the event. As the Community Emissary Grade rises, the multiplier on gold, reputation (Trading Companies and Guilds), Renown, and Allegiance will increase up to a total of 2.5x the reward.
Community Emissary Grade progress is tracked in-game at every Outpost via the flag on display at the local picture wall or through the Events menu!
Pop-Up Plunder
Pop-Up Plunder will become available periodically throughout the event. Players will receive a notification in-game that Pop-Up Plunder has appeared on High Seas servers and a clue of its whereabouts will be released on official Sea of Thieves social media channels.
Once the Pop-Up Plunder has been dug up, a map marker will appear on Map Tables for everyone on the server to see and track.
Pop-Up Plunder will continue to appear periodically until the end of the event.
Twitch Drops
Twitch Drops will be available during the event, with each item requiring 1 hour of cumulated watch time (before Bonus Goal) of a any Sea of Thieves Partnered streamer on Twitch. Times are subject the change once the Bonus Goal has been reached.
Time can be cumulated at any time on any day throughout the allotted Twitch Drop schedule.
Bonus Goal: If players can collectively dive to 100,000 World Events over the course of the event, the Obsidian Captain's Bed would be unlocked as an additional Twitch Drop.

Talk Like a Pirate Day Sale
Community Weekend will coincide with the Talk Like a Pirate Day Pirate Emporium Sale running for eight days from September 19-27, 2024. The sale includes the Pretty Polly Sails and a free emote.

Voyages
A Bounty for Flameheart's Devout Captains
For the duration of the Community Weekend, all players may set out on an exclusive Voyage for the Order of Souls, fighting Skeleton Captains for valuable rewards. To embark on this voyage players must visit the Special Voyages category of the Quest Table.
Picture wall
The traditional picture wall will be present at every Outpost for players to snap screenshots or grab a celebratory beverage at the wall's grog barrel.
Social media campaigns
#BeMorePirate
These community events serve as an opportunity to spotlight community MVPs, celebrate amazing players, artists, creators and general good eggs. So if you think either you or one of your crewmates deserves fame and a particularly fetching hat, look no further as the #BeMorePirate drive returns for Season 12 Community Weekend.
From now until the end of the event, Sea of Thieves will be scouring channels and the #BeMorePirate hashtag for amazing Sea of Thieves stories and creations. Winners will be awarded the Hat of Unfeasibly Glorious Fame.
