The Ship's Crest is one of the Ship customization items in Sea of Thieves. Unlike most other Ship customization items, Ship's Crests are only currently available from the Pirate Emporium or through the Ship Milestone system. The Ship's Crest is purely cosmetic and provides no real utility to the Ship.
Mechanics
The Ship's Crest can only be bought or obtained if the player owns their own Captained ship, and is used to display whatever name is chosen for the ship. All Ships will have one crest located on the back of the ship, with a second forward-facing one visible near the ship's wheel.
Notes
- Ship crests obtained from the Pirate Emporium will be available on all ships.
- Ship crests obtained through the Milestone system can only be applied to ships meeting the criteria to unlock it.
- (Example: If the crest requires Grade 25 in the Ill Fated Alignment, that specific ship must be Grade 25 in Ill Fated Alignment in order to use it)
