To begin with, four Megalodon spirits must be bound into effigies and placed upon the Ritual Table you see here. They alone will give Merrick's song strength to echo across the void and ensure that, no matter where it may be roaming, the Shrouded Ghost hears our call.

Belle's Ritual Table is a rune-engraved table with four plates, located in the middle of The Killer Whale during The Shrouded Deep adventure and plays a key role in summoning the Shrouded Ghost in order to progress to the third and final chapter of the adventure.

Mechanics

The ritual table has four plates, one plate for each of the megalodon Effigies.

• Hungering One Effigy
• Shadowmaw Effigy

When the player has the enchanted version of one of those Effigies, they can interact with one of the offering plates on the table and bring the second chapter of the Shrouded Deep adventure to a close, while Belle thanks you for the soul of the Megalodon that was provided.

If the provided Effigy is not already present on the table, it'll appear upon the table for anyone in the server to see. Once all four Effigies are visible on the table the runes on the table will begin to glow while Belle & Merrick will announce that the ritual is ready.

It is time.

Get yer instruments ready, it's music that draws the Shrouded Ghost to these waters!

While in this state, the table will constantly emit a beam of light that can be seen from a distance to signal that the Ritual is ready. Additionally, the same music that plays when a megalodon is hiding beneath the water can be heard by any players within range. In order to proceed with the actual summoning of the Shrouded Ghost, five players must surround the Ritual Table and begin playing Summon the Megalodon for about a minute as the Shrouded Ghost's roar can be heard getting progressively closer.

This ritual will come to a head when the Shrouded Ghost finally surfaces and the brazier in the middle of the table will ignite. Then Belle and Merrick will exclaim that it's coming.

Serik won't believe a word of this!

Then the Shrouded Ghost fight will fully begin, and the Ritual Table's role comes to an end other then creating a massive portal in the sky for all to see, unlike the thinner beam of light it had previously.

Trivia

• The Skeleton Runes found on the table directly explain the ritual. With the runes being "Five, Pirate, Ritual, Song, Waking, Ghost, Shark" it's made clear that you need five pirates to partake in the ritual by playing a song which will awaken the Shrouded Ghost.
