Mysterious Compass
The Mysterious Compass is a Compass type Quest Item, acquired and used exclusively during the Shrouded Islands Adventure. The compass leads crews to Belle, at which point it is returned to her.
Where to find
- On a table inside the The Captain's Head tavern at Golden Sands Outpost during Chapter One of Shrouded Islands.
Mechanics
Crews can only acquire the Mysterious Compass Compass during the Shrouded Islands Adventure. Unlike your regular compass, the Mysterious Compass is equipped from the Map Radial (E/
) during these specific Tall Tales. the Mysterious Compass controls are identical to the Player's Compass, with the Primary Use button (
/
) bringing the compass closer to view. When the Mysterious Compass is equipped, players will be able to use it to track the next quest location.

- The Shrouded Compass is a cosmetic version of the Mysterious Compass, awarded to players as a memento for completing Shrouded Islands.
- The Mysterious Compass belongs to Belle, suggesting that she may have lost or left it purposefully in the The Captain's Head tavern at Golden Sands Outpost.
