The Mutinous Effigy was one of the Dark Relics that could be dug up on Islands and Fortresses as a part of the Dark Relic Voyages. The Mutinous Effigy could be turned in to Order of Souls Mystics at any Outpost for Gold, Reputation and Commendations. Now it can be dropped by Skeleton Lords in Skeleteon Lord Bounties.
