A Siren Heart is a Key type Quest Item found during The Sunken Pearl and Dark Brethren Tall Tales. It is a piece of a siren statue that must be returned to said statues to reactivate them.
Obtaining
It is obtained during The Sunken Pearl by defeating a Siren Leader or the last Ocean Crawler, and is used to help to reactivate siren statues to open the gates to enter various areas in the Sunken Kingdom or the Coral Fortress.
It can also be obtained during Dark Brethren, after Jack finds it behind some rubble.
