Who are the Sovereigns?
We're a group whose services are only available to Captains I'm afraid. But with a few lessons from me, you'll climbing that ladder in no time!
Captains and their crew can give their treasure to us, and we'll ferry it to the Trading Companies for them for no extra charge. They, however, must unload it from their vessel. It's character-building, I assure you.
My esteemed colleagues are located at each Outpost, within the regal marquee on the pier. None of them are as diligent as me, I hasten to add.-

Do you work with the Reaper's Bones?
Oh my dear friend, no. Even my elucidatory advice cannot pierce their hardy exterior.
They are resolutely against everything we Sovereigns stand for, so any attempts to work with them falls on deaf ears.
Should you wish to trade with those brutes, you will have to do it face to face. Though I would advise you not to fall in with such a maladjusted lot.-

It's nice to hear somebody's receptive to criticism! I tell you, I've tried to help the people of Sanctuary Outpost achieve greater heights and you should hear the torrent of abuse I'm given in response!

I hear you're working with The Hunter's Call now. Isn't that a bit fishy for you Sovereigns?
Between you and I, the aroma can be a problem.
But we honour the memory of Merrick by now accepting all the same goods as his own Trading Company.
And, of course, we continue to offer a fair price to the noble Captains.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I must find my essence of petunia to spray liberally about my person.

We're a new organisation on the Sea of Thieves, we act as a sort of 'treasure valets' for esteemed Captains like yourself.
We hate seeing treasure strewn about, so simply offload it with us and we'll distribute to the relevant Trading Companies - free of charge.
My fellow custodians of lucre are posted at Outposts all around the sea, ready and waiting to serve you. Swift service with a smile, as I always say!-

Do you work with the Reaper's Bones?
Unequivocally no! Try as I might to reason with them, they do not take heed of my aspirational aphorisms.
As much as I would like to drag them up from their wretched state, we Sovereigns cannot risk our safety on such a dangerous negotiation.
I'm afraid you'll have to deal with them in person. Please take my book of inspiring sonnets with you - they'll appreciate hearing it from a Captain, I'm sure.-
