Sovereign Angelica is a representative for the Sovereigns on Morrow's Peak Outpost.
Angelica claims to be a social butterfly, meeting with or knowing of many well-known NPCs. She even claims to be a celebrity herself.

Who are the Sovereigns?
Oh bless your heart, you're not a Captain or part of one's crew, are you? Well, it's only natural you wouldn't have heard of us then.
It's our job to help the Captains and their crews with the exhausting job of handing their treasure into the other Trading Companies. As I said to Belle, we just love to give back to the community, so we do this all for free.
Wherever there's an Outpost, there's a Sovereign. I imagine they put me out here due to the crowds I would bring in elsewhere - I'd be fighting my fans off with a stick!-

Do you work with the Reaper's Bones?
Look, I know there are some rumours swirling around but no, we do not work with the Reaper's Bones.
It would not be proper for a group as prestigious as ours to be seen cavorting with those sailors of ill-repute. We'd never live it down.
However, we will not turn away those who may or may not make deals with the Servant of the Flame. You'll just simply have to risk your reputation by going there in person.-

Oh yes darling, I'm quite the social butterfly - even all the way out here in The Devil's Roar. Why, it was only last week that I had Sir Arthur Pendragon flying by for a little tête-à-tête.
Well, I'm not one to tell tales out of school, but he's been quite the busy fellow. It's a good thing I'm not as garrilous as that Archibald - the mouth on that man!-

We'll take all sorts of plunder that was once purely the preserve of The Hunter's Call. Solely for those elevated to Captaincy, though. Natually...
You could say it was all down to me that we did the deal. Serik's a personal friend. And the whole clan! But I hate to brag.

Well my darling, it turns out we're here for you! Yes I know, hard to believe such a celebrity like me would be here - but I'm trying to give back to the community.
If a Captain or any of their crew give us any treasure, we'll sell it off to the Trading Companies for you. I, of course, have a direct line to all the Company leaders, so this transaction is free at point of use.
Each Outpost has its own Sovereign but only I have the hottest gossip. You should see who comes through here - I have some stories to tell!-

I love a scandal as much as the next person, but even I have limits! As I was telling Grogg Mayles the other day, they're a bit too cutthroat for my tastes.
Don't get me wrong, I love the whole scary look they're going for, but think of the columns that would be written if I was seen coming in and out of their hideout! Tasha would never let me live it down.
So, if you wish to do business with the Servant of the Flame and his lot, you'll have to sail there yourself. I won't tell anyone.-
