Sovereign Barnaby is a representative for the Sovereigns on Galleon's Grave Outpost.
Barnaby dislikes the dull nature of The Wilds and longs to go back to his private island one day.

Hello, dear patron. Barnaby, at your service.
Who are the Sovereigns?
Well, we are a new organisation made to assist Captains and their compatriot crew members. I'm afraid you do not qualify for our services yet.
Captains and their crews can bring their treasure to us, and we will distribute it to other Trading Companies free of charge. Quite the incentive, is it not?
My compatriots are stationed inside a grand marquee at each Outpost. I meanwhile, am stuck languishing on this sunless wasteland.-

Wash your mouth out - do I look like I'd fraternise with those belligerent ruffians?!
While you may be more accustomed to their rough and ready hideout, we Sovereigns do not deal with their sort. We'd have a knife in our backs before we raised anchor.
If you wish to do business with them, do it on your own time. Though I would like a break from the Wilds.-

I jolly well am not! The food's dreadful, the rugs threadbare and the smell! It's a far cry from to my glittering jewel of a private island. You can only reach it by a special diamond coracle.
Staffed by the best chefs, its lagoons filled with the finest wine and you should see the 100 foot gold bust of myself - lord over it all like a benevolent colossus! You simply must visit - when I get off this infernal rock...-

Even on this dreadful Outpost, for those with their own ships time is money, as I like to say.
If you've ever put the effort into reeling a sea creature - no matter the size - you'll know what I'm talking about.
But if you haven't, then now's a jolly good time to start as you can sell them to us for a decent gold reward. As long as you're a Captain, of course.
And all at the same time as your other loot and treasure. What an offer! You'd think us a charity for ship owners across the Sea of Thieves.

We're a new outfit on the Sea of Thieves, here to assist Captains and their crewmates to offload their plenteous spoils.
Bring any treasure you have to us and we'll make sure it finds its proper home with the appropriate Trading Company. All for the low, low price of free - I know, it seems almost too good to be true.
You'll find us all in our posh digs at each Outpost. Of course, I had to pull the short straw and end up stationed at this dreary inlet. No sun, rotting buildings, simply awful...-

The waters around their sorry excuse for a hideout is too treacherous for us sailors of high esteem. We would be accosted immediately by those fiends.
As much I would like to leave my post for different climbs, I'm afraid you must journey there yourself if you wish to trade with them. I'm sure a Captain such as yourself would relish the challenge.-
