The Bristling Barnacle Set is a cosmetic set in Sea of Thieves. It has a underwater motif featuring fish, barnacles, and coral with a colour palette of mossy green, purple, and copper on the clothing and equipment while the ship items favour brown, purple and copper. Items may be purchased after completing the required Hoarder of Barnacled Gold commendation.

The set has two colour variants: the Wailing Barnacle Set and the Silent Barnacle Set (rusty orange-brown, teal, silver and greenish-grey).
