The Silent Barnacle Set is a cosmetic set in Sea of Thieves. It has an underwater motif featuring fish, barnacles, and coral with a colour palette of rusty orange-brown, teal, and silver on the clothing and equipment while the ship items favour dark browns, greenish-greys, and dark silver. Items may be purchased after completing the required Hoarder of Barnacled Gold commendation.

The set has two colour variants: the Wailing Barnacle Set and the Bristling Barnacle Set (mossy green, purple, copper and brown).
