Eyepatches are a Cosmetic Vanity Item type in Sea of Thieves, which can be equipped through the Vanity Chest. Most variations of Eyepatches can be purchased at the General Clothing Shop. Eyepatches are purely cosmetic elements of a Pirate and give no in-game benefits. An Eyepatch always covers a Pirate's left eye. Incidentally, some Pirates models are blind only in the left eye. An Eyepatch has no effect on first-person-view.
