Many pirates wanted them and now they are here! Check out the vanity chest for 16 sailor tattoo sets and visit the clothing shop on outposts for stocks of four purchasable tattoo sets.

Tattoos are Vanity Items in Sea of Thieves, which can be equipped at the Vanity Chest. Players already start with a selection of 16 Sailor Set Tattoos in their Vanity Chest, however further Tattoo sets can be purchased at the General Clothing Shop. Tattoos are purely cosmetic and do not give any in-game benefits. Any Tattoos that cover the forearms or hands of a Player Pirate can be seen in first-person-view if the Pirate is not wearing any concealing Gloves, Jackets or Dresses.

With the Legends of the Sea (Content Update) a selection of 11 unique Tattoos can be purchased among the regular Tattoos from the Tattoo Artist Umbra, who resides on Lagoon of Whispers.
