The Ruby Breath of the Sea is one of the Breath of the Sea treasures in Sea of Thieves. Breath of the Seas are believed to be the liquidized form of Mermaid Gems, and are valuable to essentially every Company apart from The Sea Dogs and Athena's Fortune.

Found in the Siren Shrine or Siren Treasury lead to during a Coral Message in a Bottle voyage.

Notes

Picking up and placing a Breath of the Sea on a Ship for the first time gives Emissary Grade Reputation to Trading Company Emissaries representing all factions except Athena's Fortune.
A Ruby Breath of the Sea will emit a light red glint from a distance.
A Breath of the Sea can be placed inside any Container Chests. These Chests allow Players to carry up to three small Treasure items.
A Breath of the Sea can be caught with a Harpoon.
Players may receive multiple quests for the same Siren Shrine or Treasury, resulting in multiple Breath of the Seas (one per quest) being available at once.
The Breath of the Sea reward isn't visible to other crews until it's been picked up by the crew that owns that quest.
