The Silent Barnacle Set is a cosmetic set in Sea of Thieves. It has an underwater motif featuring fish, barnacles, and coral. Its colour palette features rusty orange-brown, teal, and silver on the clothing and equipment while the ship items favour dark browns, greenish-greys, and dark silver. Items may be purchased after completing the required Hoarder of Barnacled Gold commendation.

This set has two recolours in the form of the Wailing Barnacle Set and the Bristling Barnacle Set.
